Trilingual French - German - English and double qualified French Avocat as well as German Rechtsanwältin , admitted to both the Paris Bar Association as well as the Bar Association of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany’s most northern Land located between the North and the Baltic Sea, Maître Ulrike Balk-Bazot is within French and German business law particularly specialised in maritime law, inland waterway law as well as all transport laws, further completed by particular knowledge and experience in yachting law, International sales law (CISG) and commercial & distribution law. She will be happy to advise you and/or defend your interests in litigation all over France in either national or arbitration courts
