Cabinet Adam-Caumeil will participate at the next workshop organized on May 16th 2017 in Düsseldorf (Germany) by the Committee on Legal Affairs of the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the topic ‘Employment in France after the legal reform: a new framework and organization possibilities’
This workshop will allow to discuss the key points of the new Law on Work in France and its opportunities. During this workshop Judith Adam-Caumeil will give a lecture on the following topic: “Dismissals on ground of personal capability, termination and other agreements”.
